Drew Dotson

Drew Dotson is an attorney at Grisham & Poole. Drew joined the firm as an intern while attending law school and continued working with the firm throughout his legal education. Following his graduation from Southern Illinois University School of law in 2026, Drew joined Grisham & Poole as a law clerk while waiting for his bar results. After passing the Georgia Bar Examination, Drew transitioned into his role as an attorney with the firm.

Drew was raised in Jasper, Georgia. During high school, he attended IMG Academy in Bradenton, Florida, where he played competitive golf. After graduating from IMG, he continued his collegiate career at Young Harris College before transferring to the University of Georgia, where he earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the Terry College of Business.

Drew went on to earn his Juris Doctorate from Southern Illinois University School of Law in 2026. Drew’s experience with the firm began during law school through his internships, allowing him to develop a strong familiarity with the firm and its clients before joining the team full-time after graduation.

Drew’s background in business, combined with his legal education and practical experience with Grisham & Poole, provides him with a well-rounded perspective that he brings to his work on behalf of the firm’s clients.

Outside of the office, Drew enjoys playing golf, spending time with his family and friends, and smoking BBQ.
