Stephanie Alexandra Ospina is originally from New Jersey, however she moved to Georgia in 2008 and began her college career. She earned her bachelor’s degree in business administration from Kennesaw State University. Stephanie went on to earn her Juris Doctorate from Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School in 2017. Shortly thereafter, she sat for the bar and after being sworn in in June of 2018 she began her legal career in Cherokee County.
Throughout her nearly eight years of practice, Stephanie briefly worked for another local firm before embarking on the journey of opening her own firm. She also worked as a part-time prosecutor in the City of Sandy Springs. Stephanie successfully ran her firm for the past six years where she handled cases in the Juvenile, State and Superior courts.
She was a longstanding panel attorney for Cherokee County’s Indigent Defense, assisting—on almost a daily basis—Cherokee County residents in need of legal assistance. She has zealously advocated for her clients in multiple jury trials before both State Court and Superior Court judges as well as trials in Juvenile Court.
Currently, Stephanie serves as the Vice President of the Blue Ridge Bar Association. She is fluent in Spanish and when she is not working, she enjoys spending her time with her two little pups.
