WHAT TO EXPECT

• Offense Level: Misdemeanor charge

• Ignition Interlock: 1 Year when reinstated
• Criminal Record: Permanent Lifetime Record

If you have three convictions occur within a 5-year span, you are declared a "Habitual Violator", resulting in civil forfeiture of your vehicle.
